Investors who picked up BTC during its inception turned into millionaires gaining generational wealth in a short period. However, Bitcoin’s growth wasn’t easy as several investors were skeptical about its prospects. Its been 13 years since Bitcoin’s launch and only 4% of the global population has invested in cryptos. After Bitcoin’s launch in 2009, it took six months for the cryptocurrency to garner 1,000 investors. However, the numbers dramatically spiked after BTC shot up in price and garnered 1 million investors in 2014.
